Tuning Notes:
David tunes his guitar up to open E, then places the capo on the
third fret. I don't like my strings to be that tight, so I tune my
guitar down to open D and then capo at the 5th fret. Nevertheless,
it works either way. The guitar is tuned to the same tuning as "Living
Room," etc, but the capo is in a different place. All tabs are relative
to the capo's placement.
